DOCUMENT SCANNING

The ISDA network has service centers across the US that have extensive experience in converting documents, drawings, microfilm, bound materials, and data. Our service centers are highly skilled in document preparation, handling, scanning/microfilming, indexing and quality control.

Document Scanning

Scanning needs range from one box or a roll of drawings to hundreds of boxes and millions of sheets. ISDA’s service centers are equipped to handle virtually any requirement.

Microfilm Scanning

Experienced microfilm users know the value of the information contained on their rolls, fiche, or aperture cards. In many situations, this information continues to receive active use often by multiple individuals.
In these situations, efficiency can be greatly improved by converting the film to scanned images accessible via CD,
an internal network, or the Web.

PDF is the ubiquitous image format that can typically be accessed by anyone with a PC or Mac. Certain types of documents are far more user friendly when presented in PDF format.
