skilled in document preparation, handling, scanning/microfilming,

Scanning
Experienced microfilm users know the value of the information
contained on their rolls, fiche, or aperture cards. In many
situations, this information continues to receive active use
often by multiple individuals.
In these situations, efficiency can be greatly improved by
converting the film to scanned images accessible via CD,
an internal network, or the Web.

PDF is the ubiquitous image format that can typically be
accessed by anyone with a PC or Mac. Certain types of documents
are far more user friendly when presented in PDF format. These
include manuals, user guides, procedures, binders, and virtually
all documents that follow a table of contents or will be presented
to end users who may or may not have the ability to view other
image types.
PDF services include:
- Scanning original documents to PDF
- Converting existing electronic documents to PDF
- Enabling full text searching within PDFs
- Creating links, bookmarks, thumbnails, and other PDF navigation
